Requirements:

BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
Strong C/C++ and QNX/Linux skills, including modern C++, data structures, debugging, software design, and performance optimization in real-time embedded/control systems
Deep expertise in one or more components of AV stack — Perception, Mapping, Planning & Control
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across global teams and with OEM partners
Proactive, self-driven, owner mindset
Travel within EU and internationally for vehicle testing and OEM collaboration as needed

Experience delivering one or more components of production-grade AV stack: Perception, Fusion, Mapping, Planning & Control
Hands-on deep learning experience — model training, evaluation, and optimization under production-grade deployment constraints
Advanced control theory — classical, nonlinear, MPC, or optimal control — applied to real vehicle behavior
Certified test driver experience in Europe

Design, develop, optimize components of NVIDIA's AV stack and integrate on OEM platforms, taking features from prototype to production performance
Evaluate and tune feature performance across OEM carlines, platforms, regions, ODDs, and sensor configurations, ensuring that KPIs reflect real-world performance
Triage complex feature issues, identify root causes using simulation, replay tools, vehicle logs, and on-vehicle diagnostics, and drive end-to-end resolution in collaboration with customer engineering teams
Develop AI-assisted tools for large-scale replay, KPI evaluation, issue classification, root-cause analysis, and regression detection
