People Technology Support Analyst

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with People and Recruitment systems
• Experience with Workday or Greenhouse preferred
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curious, pragmatic, and user-focused thinker

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries
• Deliver high-quality support and troubleshoot system issues
• Develop training materials to enhance system adoption
• Support testing activities and assist in system enhancements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
