Data Center Engineer (São Paulo)

Requirements

• Experience working in modern, large-scale data centers
• Ability to identify basic parts of network equipment and servers
• Knowledge of structured cabling systems and standards
• Experience with cable testers for troubleshooting
• Understanding of change control processes
• Basic server operating system installation and configuration skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem-solving mindset
• Experience leading or coordinating resources in infrastructure projects

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing and cabling switches, servers, and appliances
• Managing power and space allocation
• Maintaining cable management practices
• Tracking spare parts and inventory
• Performing break-fix repairs and replacements
• Planning and executing data center build-outs
• Packing, shipping, and managing logistics
• Maintaining documentation and supporting standardization
• Troubleshooting and testing cabling
• Supporting system builds, configuration, and troubleshooting
