Senior Platform Engineer - DevTools (d/f/m)

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience shipping web-based software, with a strong preference for TypeScript or Kotlin stacks
• AI-first mindset: actively exploring where AI helps, championing responsible adoption
• Comfortable owning work end to end and ensuring real adoption
• Genuine product sense for users and utilizing data and telemetry effectively
• Fast learner, adept at unblocking and problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Experience building developer tooling/ Developer Experience initiatives
• Experience with GraphQL, particularly in building middleware or gateway layers
• Strong Gradle experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain the core developer platform, CI/CD, developer workflows and tooling
• Design and ship AI-assisted developer tooling to remove toil from engineering processes
• Help advance AI efforts in different platforms and services
• Treat developer experience like a product, improve based on user feedback and telemetry
• Own work from problem statement to adoption, run migrations and upgrades
• Keep platform reliable and fast, reason about failure modes, performance, and costs
• Raise engineering standards, promote effective tools, and reduce organizational friction
