Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations
• 3 years of hands-on coding and software engineer experience with programming languages such as Typescript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python, Java
• 2 years of lead software engineering projects, monitoring and maintaining software systems at scale, writing high-quality software design documentation

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own feature development on Phantom web platforms
• Lead initiatives for new products and infrastructure
• Build engineering infrastructure to optimize workflows
• Cross-collaborate with different teams to foster a positive work environment and improve hiring standards
