Requirements

• Strong verbal communication
• Experience as a technical lead for a team spread across countries and time zones
• Deep backend engineering experience with Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript
• Track record of shipping inside a legacy system
• Ability to change technical direction across teams
• Experience in payments, fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS
• Experience with event-driven systems and Kafka

What you'll be doing

• Partner with the Engineering Manager on whole architecture
• Own parts of supplier data migration
• Improve reliability of invoice payment flows
• Turn vendor data model into working software
• Help teams make consistent technical decisions
• Raise the people around you through pairing and writing clear documentation
