Senior Security Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in product or application security
• Deep knowledge of security principles for cloud platforms and internal applications
• Experience finding vulnerabilities in infrastructure and application code
• Hands-on experience with AWS and hybrid environments
• Ability to read and understand code in Python, C++, Rust, Go, or Kotlin/Java

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct security design reviews and threat modeling
• Partner with engineering teams to embed security into product development
• Implement security controls for products and maintain a secure SDLC
• Mentor and train engineering teams on security best practices
• Integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines for continuous monitoring
• Identify security risks and shape risk mitigation strategies

Nice to Haves

• Experience leading threat modeling sessions for complex systems
• Familiarity with trading financial systems
