Requirements
- 2+ years working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, Jira/Atlassian for ticket management, and hardware experience)
- Experience in network management and familiar with tools and protocols to remote manage, monitor and automate network services. Cloud network understanding and experience are plus.
- Experience in endpoint devices management and incident management
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Experience with incident and Project Management Skills
- Quickly adapt to new products and technologies and are eager to learn continuously.
- Fluency in English.

- Network certifications: e.g., CCNA, Palo Alto experience
- Cloud certifications: AWS, GCP
- Knowledge and experience: Google Workspace, Okta
- Administration: Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
- Advanced integrations: Experience with API and webhooks
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing all supporting tools for our internal teams and providing all necessary technology to our employees
- Being responsible for software approval, implementation, and deployment, as well as licensing, patching, and policy enforcement
- Overseeing office networks, including ISPs, Zscaler configuration and support processes, network management systems (e.g., Meraki), VPN solutions, and cloud network management
- Supervising hardware devices through Jamf, Google, or Intune Endpoint to ensure appropriate usage and configuration, including image management
- Handling inventory of all technology assets and managing their lifecycle
- Developing and maintaining initiatives to automate service delivery and governance.
- Assisting with new system integrations, automation initiatives, and projects
- Collaborating closely with engineering and security teams to deploy and integrate tools and controls effectively
