Technology Services Specialist (IT Systems Engineer)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering
• Expertise in Cisco and Fortinet technologies
• A deep understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, and SD-WAN
• Practical knowledge of SASE platforms like Zscaler or Cloudflare
• Exposure to infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible
• The ability to integrate systems programmatically using APIs
• Solid troubleshooting skills to manage critical incidents calmly
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership over complex systems
• Fluency in English

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and supporting high-availability networks across global offices, Azure/GCP, and financial partners
• Leading mid-sized projects from initial planning through deployment and performance optimization
• Managing WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and SASE environments using Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler, and Cloudflare
• Optimizing global wireless infrastructure, including capacity planning and conducting surveys
• Ensuring compliant connectivity to banking partners and regulated environments
• Driving automation via Terraform and Ansible to standardize configurations and improve efficiency
• Integrating network systems with monitoring and security platforms using APIs
• Exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance incident response and performance monitoring
• Collaborating with security teams to implement zero-trust principles and robust segmentation
• Managing vendor relationships and tracking SLAs to ensure peak service performance

Compensation range:

• Poland: PLN11,700 - PLN20,100 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
