What you'll be doing

Design, develop and deliver high-quality web applications and back-end services using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with UX designers, software engineers, dev-ops, quality assurance, and product management teams.
Build and integrate AI-powered features into web applications and enterprise tools.
Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enhance chatbot interactions.
Work independently and in pairs to deliver prioritized features efficiently.
Participate in planning and refinement sessions to design innovative and collaborative solutions.
Write new features and test cases to ensure code quality.
Utilize CI/CD tools to maintain software quality and scalability.
Continuously improve software delivery processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Take features from design through deployment in customer-facing environments.
Investigate and solve challenging problems affecting users.

Requirements

Extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, Node.js, and Express on cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
Experience building large-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, and object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows using AI/ML APIs and SDKs.
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes, including Jenkins.
Experience with source control tools such as GitLab and GitHub.
Proficiency with productivity tools like Jira and Confluence.
Good understanding of Agile development practices.
Ability to accurately estimate tasks and manage schedules.
Understanding of database systems, data architecture, and caching strategies.
Experience tuning performance and reliability of highly available services and web applications.
Familiarity with web security fundamentals and secure coding practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Hands-on experience with developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions or working with large language models (LLMs) for chatbots.
Exposure to observability tools and practices such as Prometheus and Grafana.
