Engineering Manager

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• 8+ years of software development or equivalent experience
• Developer mindset with experience in coding lifecycle
• Advanced knowledge of the Java ecosystem
• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Lead and manage a team of Engineers
• Ensure engineers are equipped for success
• Partner with product managers, designers, and team leads
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical system issues
