Site Reliability Engineering Lead (f/m/d)

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on SRE, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep understanding of DevOps/SRE mindset and managing mission-critical shared services.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS or similar providers and experience with organizational-scale infrastructure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and code reviews for infrastructure components.
• Proven experience in defining observability patterns and designing Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity strategies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud cost optimization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a team of Engineers in Cloud and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hold the team to high engineering standards, focusing on reliability, performance, and security.
• Manage the team's operational workload, incident response, and automation.
• Foster culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure platform meets developer needs.
• Communicate squad vision aligned with engineering roadmap.
• Partner with Hiring team for recruitment and improving hiring process.
• Model servant leadership and high-stakes decision-making.
