Engineering Manager - Social Listening

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Experience with building and scaling complex systems
• Strong understanding of software engineering across mobile and backend technologies
• Ability to solve challenges related to synchronization, connectivity, or cross-platform development
• Ability to work across disciplines and influence product and technical direction

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, support, and grow a team of engineers across multiple technologies
• Drive delivery of features for real-time, shared listening experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders
• Guide the team through technical challenges
• Ensure high-quality, reliable user experiences across devices
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and strong engineering practices
• Create an inclusive and healthy team environment

Where You'll Be

• Role based in London or Stockholm
• Flexibility to work remotely with some in-person meetings
