Engineering Manager - Core Infrastructure

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, support, and grow a team of engineers working on core infrastructure systems used across Spotify
• Set clear direction and priorities for long-term platform investments and immediate product needs
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional leaders to shape infrastructure strategy
• Drive technical excellence, reliability, and scalability across distributed systems
• Foster a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
• Support engineers in their development through coaching, feedback, and career growth conversations
• Help evolve engineering practices, ways of working, and operational maturity
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing
