Fullstack Engineer II - Conversational Analytic

Requirements

• Experience building fullstack applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Comfortable working across backend and frontend systems
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and data-driven applications
• Design skills for clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Curiosity about AI/ML and experience or interest in LLM-powered systems
• Focus on user experience and making complex workflows simple and intuitive
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners and value shared ownership

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and ship end-to-end features for conversational analytics products
• Design and develop AI-native workflows for data exploration
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams for scalable solutions
• Contribute to system architecture decisions for performance and reliability
• Integrate AI capabilities into production systems responsibly
• Improve developer experience and tooling for faster iteration
• Take ownership of features from idea through launch, focusing on user impact
