Group Product Manager - BEAT (Core Infrastructure)

Requirements

• Experience leading product organizations for internal developer platforms or engineering tools at scale
• Experience coaching Product Managers and building collaborative leadership teams
• Deep understanding of AI and its impact on software development
• Ability to balance long-term product vision with hands-on execution
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders to build alignment

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead product strategy and vision for agent-native backend development
• Shape how AI and LLM-powered capabilities transform software development
• Stay close to product by evaluating developer tools and leading initiatives
• Develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
• Collaborate with Engineering Area Lead and other teams
• Build trusted partnerships with senior engineers and the Backend Advisory Board
• Collaborate across Product Areas and studios for shared infrastructure initiatives
• Own delivery against strategic commitments of Core Infrastructure
