What You'll Be Doing

• Be accountable for teams building Spotify Agentic Experience
• Develop a generative AI tech strategy
• Provide servant leadership to various teams
• Advocate for advanced Gen AI capabilities within the company
• Directly manage a team of ~5-10 people
• Collaborate with product lead to define strategy and roadmaps
• Influence technical design of Conversation team’s stack
• Influence Personalization team’s research and roadmap
