Integration Engineer, Professional Services

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a software engineering or integration engineering role
• Ability to write and debug code in languages such as Go, Java, C/C++, or similar
• Comfortable with code-level debugging and using code as a problem-solving tool
• Strong technical background with proficiency in SQL and understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Understanding of payments domain and API security principles
• User-first mindset and ability to map business requirements to technical solutions
• Confident in leading technical conversations with users

Nice to Haves

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles like solutions engineering or technical consulting
• Mentorship experience with technical teams
• Ability to apply structured methodologies for consistency in engagements
• Strong technical writing skills for documenting complex integration processes
• Track record of resolving ambiguous technical problems independently

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end with high-level architecture and code implementation
• Serve as the primary technical contact for large users, resolving integration issues and escalations
• Lead strategic technical conversations and manage user expectations
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive engagement and outcomes
• Provide technical support, debugging, and hands-on implementations
• Review and optimize existing user integrations and build tools for business reviews
