Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Comfort working across backend systems, with an understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Ability to write high-quality, thoroughly tested code with clear documentation
• Empathy for internal and external users and a commitment to improving their experience
• Proven ability to integrate different services and processes

Nice to haves

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Ruby, Java, Python, or Go
• Knowledge of distributed systems patterns and principles
