Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern backend languages (ideally Go or Python) and experience building distributed, cloud-native systems.
• Problem Solving: Proven track record of breaking down ambiguous and complex problems.
• Production Operations: Experience supporting high-throughput systems in production environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Technical Leadership
  • Design & Build secure and scalable software solutions.
  • Contribute to team guidelines for top-tier services.
  • Set high bar for code quality and provide feedback.
  • Investigate operational issues and drive improvements.
  • Participate in technical interviews.
• Product & Delivery
  • Own work items from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on feature prioritization.
  • Confidently resolve incidents and coordinate fixes.
• Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Mentor less experienced engineers and support team growth.
  • Translate technical problems for non-technical stakeholders.
