Global Head of Partnerships

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Product Strategy within Fintech or Enterprise SaaS
• Track record of closing complex, multi-million pound deals
• Passion for financial technology
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

What you'll be doing:

• Identify and prioritize partnership categories
• Design and negotiate high-stakes commercial agreements
• Develop playbooks and sales enablement tools
• Manage and scale a high-performing team
• Collaborate with Product Leads for market-product alignment
• Act as primary feedback loop for the CPO
• Establish and enforce "Vault-Certified" standards
• Develop and execute partnership plans for regional expansion
• Implement a framework for tracking ecosystem health
