Senior Software Engineer - Product-Led Growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining production backend systems in Kotlin, Java, or another object-oriented language
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end through design, launch, measurement, and iteration
• Product-minded builder comfortable making product calls, launching, and iterating on customer behavior
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or growth engineering
• Experience building on LLMs or AI platforms
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making tradeoffs

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive end-to-end development of backend services for in-product growth experiences
• Build shared infrastructure to make experiments cheaper and faster
• Evolve integrations with systems supporting services
• Build LLM-powered experiences on Toast IQ
• Design experimentation and attribution instrumentation
• Collaborate with various teams to translate business goals into product changes
• Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions
• Mentor other engineers

Nice to Haves:

• Full-stack experience to ship web or native front-end changes
• Understanding of attribution and metric movement
• Interest in AI tooling and building on data products
