Senior Software Engineer, Development Tools

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in C++, Rust, and/or Python.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps.
• Deep practical experience with large build systems (e.g., Buck2 or Bazel).
• Understanding of Linux/Unix toolchains and working with multiple compilers.
• Experience with DevOps tooling and techniques.
• Proven experience optimizing performance and scalability in complex codebases.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS).
• Conda/Rattler/Pixi experience.
