Machine Learning Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied ML with proficiency in Python and at least one ML framework
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying ML services in a collaborative engineering environment
• Proficiency in Python or similar OO language
• Experience utilizing Large (or Small) Language Models within software systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on experience with conversational AI or LLM fine-tuning in a production context
• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tooling for maintaining models in production

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing machine learning solutions ensuring accuracy, performance, security, and scalability
• Implementing and maintaining end-to-end AI/ML pipelines
• Instrumenting AI/ML services with appropriate metrics and telemetry
• Participating in on-call rotations and executing progressive rollouts
• Collaborating across planning, design, and code review phases
