Proficiency in ServiceNow Employee Workflows, specifically HRSD (Case Management, Onboarding) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.

Unblock Complex Journeys: Solve high-impact problems within Employee Onboarding and Lifecycle Events, often without a clear starting point, to create seamless transitions for every Uber employee.
Champion Excellence: Lead technical workshops and conduct code reviews to ensure upgrade safety and architectural health, even when time is tight and stakes are high.
