Senior Engineering Lead - Account Management

Requirements

• Technical leadership & system design expertise
• Comfortable owning reliability, scalability and correctness for systems
• Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or high-volume transactional environments
• Experience designing and optimizing databases for high throughput
• Experience with JVM platform (Java/Kotlin/Spring Boot)

What you'll be doing

• Translate product strategy into technical roadmaps
• Lead and coach engineers; own hiring, mentoring and performance
• Actively contribute to the codebase and unblock technical work
• Identify opportunities to improve the Account product
• Set and own the team’s technical direction
