Engineering Lead - Business Expense Management - Backend

Requirements:

• Experience in designing and building robust distributed backend systems
• Technical expertise in Business Expense Management domain
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong ability to navigate complex priorities and make trade-offs

• Partner closely with Product Manager and cross-functional teams
• Drive technical initiatives to enable new product features
• Owning and maintaining technical roadmap for the application
• Lead the development of new solutions and products
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance
