iOS Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience in building and deploying an iOS app
• Proficiency in Swift
• Familiarity with software architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM, or VIPER. (We use VIPER and MVVM but are open to exploring new approaches).
• A strong product mindset and passion for user experience—you prioritise work with users in mind and make data-driven decisions to address user issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to both collaborate effectively with your team and solve problems independently and proactively.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with SwiftUI
• Experience with Structured Concurrency
• Experience with mobile CI pipelines

What you'll be doing:

• Help evolve and scale the recommendation platform and reward mechanisms for customers worldwide.
• Build the customer experience for referring friends or family to Wise.
• Own the technical strategy for marketing data attribution.
• Provide engineering support to expand global reach through external partnerships.
