Requirements

• A strong product mindset and passion for user experience, prioritizing work with the customers in mind
• Great communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, breaking down complex projects into customer value milestones
• Experience in developing web applications and distributed systems in a production environment
• Experience with design patterns, writing clean and performant code, and a drive for continuous learning

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, query optimization, and schema design
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and messaging systems like Kafka
