Engineering Lead - Business Onboarding

Requirements:

• Strong, hands-on technical experience in OOP Languages (Java) and modern technology stacks
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring software engineers
• Strong product and customer mindset
• Experience working with and building distributed, high scalability systems and microservices architectures
• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional peers

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of driven engineers
• Work closely with the Product Manager to shape the roadmap and product vision
• Ensure team success through effective planning and resourcing
• Set high standards for quality and productivity within your team
• Collaborate with other engineering leads and teams across Wise
• Own the hiring, growth, and development of your team
