Engineering Lead - Business Accounting Integrations and Reporting

Requirements:

• You have strong, hands-on technical experience in OOP Languages (Java or similar) and modern technology stacks on technologies such as REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect for scale and efficiency by leading the design of an integration platform.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong product and customer mindset with experience building customer-facing products.
• Experience working with and building distributed, high scalability systems and microservices architectures.
• Great communicator who can articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and have experience working effectively with cross-functional peers.

• Partner with a Product Manager and a cross-functional team to shape the roadmap and set the technical and product vision.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a talented group of engineers.
• Ensure strong execution, clear planning, realistic commitments, and healthy team operations.
• Stay close to the tech and the product, setting high standards for engineering quality.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work with other engineering leads to keep the team aligned with the wider technical strategy.
• Own hiring, development, and long-term impact of your team.
