Senior Software Engineer I - Europe Onboarding Experience

Requirements

• Experience of Java or other JVM based language, Spring framework, and deep understanding of JDBC and database internals
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Distributed and Concurrent Systems
• Strong product mindset and passion for user experience
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Great communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts
• Experience with databases, query optimization, and designing schemas
• Proficiency in writing testable code and adhering to best coding practices

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and building highly available, robust distributed backend systems
• Improving KYC flows for enhanced onboarding experience
• Creating scalable solutions for verification methods
• Designing and implementing onboarding initiatives tailored to regional needs
• Participating in product roadmapping and strategy sessions
• Ensuring code quality and maintainability through code reviews
• Leading projects from inception to release
