Staff Backend Engineer - Consumer Onboarding

Requirements:

• Experience working with and building distributed, high scalability systems and microservices architectures
• Strong product and customer mindset with experience building customer facing products
• Technical expertise in OOP Languages (Java or similar) and modern technology stacks
• Enjoy mentoring and teaching others
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborative work experience with cross-functional peers

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working with Frontend and/or Mobile engineers and design functions

• Work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead to shape the roadmap and technical vision
• Enable team success through effective planning and resource allocation
• Drive and deliver high impact projects end to end
• Own the health of systems and services in your team
• Collaborate with senior engineers across squads to align technical strategy
• Coach and mentor engineers in your team for technical growth
