Senior Software Engineer - Getting Help team

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages, and hands-on experience with the Spring framework.
• A track record of writing clean, maintainable code and belief in best practices like code reviews, open feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Deep familiarity with backend development, including databases (SQL/NoSQL), synchronous/asynchronous communication, and distributed systems.
• Experience with web development technologies such as REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• The ability to design technical solutions that balance latency, throughput, and scalability.
• A passion for learning new technologies, tools, and patterns to solve problems effectively.
