• Own the Technical Roadmap and address technical debt
• Deliver the Journey Layer for employee experience
• Maintain high Product Quality standards
• Act as an active contributor to daily team execution
• Implement and standardize Engineering Rituals
• Manage & Coach a global team of engineers
• Cultivate an egoless culture of ownership and inclusivity
• Hiring, Onboarding, and Team Balance responsibilities
