Senior ML Platform Engineer II - Financial Crime

Requirements:

• Experience building ML platform infrastructure in production
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with ML orchestration, model registries, and container-based deployment
• End-to-end understanding of the ML lifecycle
• A product mindset for internal tooling

Nice to Have:

• Model serving at scale
• Experience in FinCrime, fraud, AML, or regulated environments
• Experience with model monitoring and drift detection systems in production
• Track record of migrating teams to platform-based approaches

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and building the declarative training pipeline
• Building model packaging and serving abstraction
• Implementing the model evaluation framework
• Building model monitoring
• Owning the integration layer with Wise's central ML infrastructure
• Maximising data science productivity
