Engineering Lead - Verification Platform

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineers
• Built and led platform/infrastructure teams
• Solid Java (17+) knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot
• Strong system-design skills with real experience of distributed, high-throughput, resilient services
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
• Led the design and delivery of complex engineering solutions
• Approach challenges with a strong product and customer mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ownership and accountability

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers
• Own the technical roadmap for the BOV platform
• Partner deeply with other teams to ensure the platform serves real product needs
• Be an active contributor to delivery and support day-to-day execution
• Own the health and productivity of the team
• Collaborate globally with engineering leads and run engineering rituals
