Backend Engineer - Account Insights

Requirements:

• Deliver medium-sized backend projects independently
• Solid backend fundamentals and proficiency in primary language (Java/Spring Boot)
• Write well-tested, high-quality code
• Give and receive feedback openly

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Kafka, stream processing, or high-throughput low-latency services

• Building backend features for customer-facing insights
• Working with high-throughput streaming and storage stack
• Improving categorization accuracy
• Owning components and flows end-to-end
• Writing tests, documentation, and reviewing code
