Requirements

• A strong product mindset and passion for user experience
• Great communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to break down complex projects into incremental milestones
• Experience in developing web applications and distributed systems in a production environment
• Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot; experience with a messaging system like Kafka is a plus

• Scaling a product already live in multiple regions
• Architecting a high-availability "Yield Engine" managing billions in assets
• Defining technical foundations for investments team
• Shaping strategy and code for a new pillar of the Wise ecosystem
