Solutions Engineering Lead

Requirements:

• Have previously worked with external parties to deliver technical projects with REST API integrations.
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring a driven and high-performing technical delivery team.
• Experience building and designing scalable and performing systems within a microservice architecture.
• Expertise in all things API, such as RESTful design, OpenAPI, OAuth2, versioning, etc.
• Strong product mindset and ability to support others in making the right decisions and compromises.
• Comfortable working on big challenges and a history of successfully delivering best-in-class solutions.
• Experience in managing client relationships and setting accurate expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You’ll be responsible for the overall health and productivity of your team. Defining strong, clear goals that align with Wise Platform’s objectives and supporting the team in achieving them.
• You’ll provide feedback on your team’s approach and help them make data-driven decisions.
• You’ll have an overview of what’s happening across the organization and think about how things impact partners, in terms of opportunities and risks.
• When needed, you’ll roll your sleeves up to be involved in the project delivery process.
