Engineering Lead I - Consumer Onboarding

Requirements:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of driven engineers
• Strong product and customer mindset
• Experience in OOP Languages and modern technology stacks
• Experience working with other functions like Frontend and/or Mobile engineers
• Experience building distributed, high scalability systems and microservices architectures

What you'll be doing:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of driven engineers, supporting their growth and empowering them
• Work closely with the Product Manager and team to shape the roadmap and set the technical and product vision
• Collaborate with other engineering leads and teams across Wise
• Own the hiring, growth, and development of the team
