Senior Software Engineer II - Engineering Experience

Requirements:

• A senior engineer comfortable working in a polyglot environment.
• Strong experience building and operating production software.
• Excellent software design judgement.
• Practical experience using agentic tools.
• A genuine passion for AI developer tooling.
• Experience building internal platforms or tooling used by other engineers.
• Experience leading large technical initiatives across teams.
• Strong code review skills and a high bar for engineering quality.
• Confidence explaining technical ideas to varied audiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and operating the agentic tooling used by engineers.
• Building an engineering knowledge base exposed through a MCP server.
• Leading AI enablement across engineering.
• Building and operating products that remove friction across software development.
• Improving the developer portal and other shared engineering services.
• Using research, feedback and data to find problems shared by many teams.
