Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Engineering Expertise: Professional experience with Java or other JVM-based languages, including the Spring framework.
• System Design & Operation: Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines, Distributed, and Concurrent Systems.
• Product Ownership: A strong product mindset, accountability, and the ability to drive projects independently.
• Data Proficiency: Experience with relational and non-relational databases, query optimization, and resilient schemas.
• Code Quality: Exceptional fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and commitment to Test Driven Development.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts across teams.
• Experience in mentoring and growing more junior Engineers.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle.

• Building and refining critical controls to protect Wise customers' accounts from account takeovers.
