Senior Backend Engineer I - Account Insights

Requirements

• Have owned a large, impactful backend projects end-to-end, ensuring reliability, availability, and security
• Deep backend fundamentals with proficiency in Java/Spring Boot
• Experience with distributed-systems concepts like asynchronous communication and event streaming
• Written well-tested, high-quality code and design systems with scalability in mind
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers, fostering collaboration in a team
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, stream processing, or high-throughput low-latency services

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and building system components for customer-facing insights features
• Shaping the roadmap and delivering large projects end-to-end
• Driving incident response and mitigation steps
• Improving team standards through code reviews, mentorship, and coaching
