• Experience with JVM platform (Java/Kotlin/Spring Boot).

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coach engineers, own hiring, mentoring and performance.
• Translate product strategy into technical roadmaps.
• Guide architecture and technical design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and mentoring.
• Understand and contribute to team systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Send product.
• Share learnings and shape software building company-wide.
