Backend Engineer

Requirements

• Backend development experience in Python, Kotlin, or Go
• Experience building and operating production services at scale
• Familiarity with databases, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfort with experimentation infrastructure like A/B testing and feature flags
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach
• Pragmatic approach to quality and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to Haves

• Experience in a growth or experimentation-focused team
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or event-driven architectures
• Experience across multiple backend languages
