Senior Fullstack Engineer - Merchant EMEA

Requirements

• An AI-first mindset, leveraging modern AI tools
• Proven experience in backend, frontend, or fullstack environments at scale
• Strong expertise in at least one area of the stack
• Experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, testing, and software design
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Communication skills and collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in merchant-facing or operational tools
• Experience in analytics, recommendations, or decisioning systems
• Experience in grocery, retail, restaurants, logistics, or marketplace technology
• Experience in integrations with external business systems
• Knowledge of Kafka or other streaming technologies
• Experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain production software across backend services and user-facing applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members
• Develop reliable APIs, data models, and user-facing features
• Contribute to technical design discussions and system improvements
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools effectively
• Be willing to work outside your primary expertise when required
