Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals - you've built and shipped software that runs at scale, and you understand what that entails: testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first development. You use AI tools daily and have formed real opinions about how to get the most out of them.
• Ownership mentality: you drive projects forward, communicate clearly across teams and time zones, and don't wait to be told what to do.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing workflows where AI agents handle entire task loops, from spec to PR.
• Thinking in terms of orchestration: defining what a human reviews and what the agent owns.
• Building internal tooling and abstractions to make AI-assisted development faster and more reliable for the team.
• Staying curious and exploring new models, agents, and tools as they emerge in the industry.
