Entry Level - Site Reliability Engineer - (Remote - United Kingdom)

Requirements

• Familiarity with Linux and an enthusiasm for learning more
• Command of your favorite modern programming language
• Exposure/interest in datastore technology
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms
• Practical background in Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management
• Relevant experience with Linux containerization and orchestration

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with engineers in supporting new features and services
• Build tools to monitor site stability and performance
• Help ensure the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure
• Troubleshoot site issues using industry-leading tools like Splunk, Prometheus, etc.
• Automate everything with Python, Puppet, Git, Jenkins, and Terraform
• Develop custom tools when off-the-shelf solutions don't work at our scale
• Participate in light on-call rotations
