Senior ML Engineer - Firefly

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on deep learning for computer vision or multimodal generation
• Practical experience with extensive ML codebases and frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow
• Understanding of generative model architectures and experience adapting them for applied use cases
• Strong Python proficiency and software engineering fundamentals
• Experience in distributed training or inference on GPU clusters
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with controllable generation or fine-tuning workflows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps tooling
• Previous work in creative AI or media technology
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or peer-reviewed publications

What you'll be Doing

• Engage with large-scale pretrained models for multimodal generation and tailor them for Adobe Firefly products
• Research and integrate new techniques into production-grade generation pipelines
• Collaborate with data and research teams on data strategies and user workflows
• Participate in build reviews and code reviews, maintain technical documentation
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps
